Atlas Tales is a community project and could never have happened without the enthusiasm of the Timely/Marvel/Atlas collectors around the world.
In our quest to find information and exchange ideas, it was decided that possibly a central repository was needed. Sure there was the GCD and others, but they did not
seem to have the features that we thought were neccessary for a really true representation of the books. We needed larger scans, easier to read creator information and
job numbers! In the intervening years, more features have been added: story scans, reprint information and lots of data. However, there is still a ways to go and we will not
be able to complete the data without the community's support.
With all that in mind, if you can and would like to help (with full credit of course), here are some instructions.
How to donate pictures, scans
The bigger the images the better. 300 dpi is probably best - it will be resized for the smaller images but will stay the same for the super-size image. Try to keep the image under 2 MB.
If there is a border around the image, we will crop it so that only the cover is visible. We may also adjust the contrast and/or brightness.

How to donate information
Indexed information can be sent in any format - we still enter all the information by hand. However if you have attributions, please indicate if the story/cover etc. is signed by
the artist or not.
