Notes: Part two of a two part story continued from "The Kaiser" in the previous issue.
I believe it is Bill Everett inking and not Harry Anderson's. It is the only instance, if true, that I'm aware of of this pairing. Anderson seldom used inkers, and Everett seldom inked interior stories in this period but there are many indications of his line, and texture such as page 2, panel 1, page 5 panel 1, and all the explosions and smoke puffs, etc. - Mark Stichman. I don't see any Harry Anderson here, just an Everett job done with some photo-reference and a bit more diligence & effort. - JV |
