·Silly Seal starring
·Ziggy Pig starring

Notes: Silly Seal and Ziggy Pig are broke, and so take jobs as trolley car conductors. After losing the trolley car (they put it on a street with no tracks), they go to buy Silly a new set of clothes (despite their penury.) That doesn't work out either and in good comics fashion, poor Silly ends up in the last panel wearing a barrel, with "The End" slapped over his backside. As he walks off, he laments, "I wish I worked for Terrytoons!"

·Pookey starring

Notes: Sharpy has combined ground-up seeds, soil, and water into a powder that will grow flowers anywhere -- just add water. A pair of thieves steal his various varieties and escape in a rain storm, with flowers sprouting in all sorts of places as a result.

·Tubby Pig starring

Notes: Tubby Pig reads "[All] Surprise Comics" and dreams that he meets Super Rabbit. This is thus a very early crossover story of sorts. Super Rabbit gives Tubby his magic ring so that he can become "Super Tubby." Unfortunately, Tubby has a hard time finding any real crimes to break up.

·Widjit Witch starring

Notes: Widjit Witch is upset when lovely Lady Lucille heads off to a beauty contest and tells Widgit she can't. With the help of her broom Diogenes and a Navy WAVE (she told Diogenes she wanted a "permanent wave"), Widgit is suitable disguised to pass muster. She's on the verge of being named the winner when she loses her mask and has to beat a hasty retreat.

·The Creeper starring
·Crawler starring

Notes: This story promises to be like the Tubby Pig story. In the splash, The Creeper has fallen asleep while reading Comedy Comics, Krazy Komics, and Terry-Toons, and dreams he is "Super Creeper." His son, Crawler, comments, "Poor Pater! He's been reading too many comic magazines!" And, as the story opens, the villain is indeed working on a potion that will give him "enough power to destroy the world!" Unfortunately all it does is render his body maleable -- he ends up as short as Crawler, but with an elongate pencil neck. He proceeds to sell the dysfunctional potion to others, who are similarly distorted. With the help of Homer Rabbit, they pursue the criminal, who captures them all. He decides to use them as his guinea pigs for this trial of his potion. Unfortunately for him, this time it works. His victims are restored to normal and Homer becomes super strong, breaking out of the dungeon and capturing the evil d uo.
